Mission Statement

Family Facet’s Mission is to assist families to provide safe, nurturing, and loving environments for children, and to assist other agencies, both public and private, which share in this mission.

Vision

Family Facets is committed to the belief that the best place for a child to grow up is in a family. All children should be safe from abuse and neglect. Child safety includes protecting children from harm, preventing further abuse/neglect, and reducing the risks to their safety or well-being.

Goals

Family Facets' overriding goal is the protection of children through the enhancement of family capabilities. Safety of all family members is the concern of Family Facets; however, safety of the child is the primary consideration.

Family Facets goals also include:

To provide the highest quality of services for the families and agencies we serve.

To recruit and support highly skilled and caring people to join Family Facets in it mission.

To emulate high standards of social work and ethical practice.

To establish and nurture meaningful relationships with our employees, Children’s Division staff, other children service agencies, and a wide variety of community resources for families.
