Family Facets Company History
Organizational Background
Family Facets is a Missouri Corporation (i.e. Tri-County Counseling Services, Inc.), and is a Certified Missouri Women’s Business Enterprise. Family Facets maintains its corporate offices, including the Business Office, at Columbia Missouri.
Family Facets' Columbia Office conducts an IIS Site operation (Site 733), two IFRS Site operations (Site 943 & Site 944), a Chafee FCIP Regional operation (NE Region), multiple FCS services programs, Training Programs, and the Foster Care/Adoption program. The Columbia Office is the hub for Intake & Referral, Client Records Management, support services, and business services.
Family Facets also maintains an office in Sedalia, Missouri. From the Sedalia Office, Family Facets conducts two IIS Site operations (Site 736 & Site 933), an IFRS Site operations (Site 949), an FCS services program, an SCTS services program, and the Foster Care/Adoption program.
Family Facets maintains an additional office in St. Louis, Missouri. From the St. Louis County Office, Family Facets conducts an IIS Site operation (Site 732), a Chafee FCIP Regional operation (St. Louis County Region), multiple FCS services programs, and Training Programs.
Service Record
Family Facets has conducted an Intensive In-home Services program under successive contracts with the Children’s Division for 11 years. The Family Facets Intensive In-home Services program currently covers the largest number of counties and the largest geographic area of any Missouri IIS program. Family Facets provides IIS services to 27 counties, including all or part of 12 Judicial Circuits. The Family Facets Intensive Family Reunification Services program serves 13 counties, in 5 Judicial Circuits. The Family Facets Chafee program provides CFCIP services in 27 counties, in 12 Judicial Circuits. The Family Facets Family Centered Services Trainings presently serves 56 Missouri counties with specifically contracted site services, and has offered FCS trainings since 1998 in more than 75 counties throughout Missouri. The Specialized Training Program has provided services in a number of states in addition to Missouri. The combined Family Facets primary service area extends for 235 miles east to west, and 211 miles north to south, with some services provided for every county of the state..
Family Facets Family has served more than 5,900 clients and trainees since 1998.
