The Therapy Program offered by Family Facets is operated from the Family Facets Center at 701 Vandiver Dr, Columbia, Missouri, with services provided by Independent Contractor Therapists in our offices in Columbia.  The Family Facets Therapy Program also offers in-home therapy services by Independent Contractor Therapists in the Boone, Callaway, Cole, St. Charles, Franklin, and Jefferson Counties. 

Referrals and requests for services from Family Facets can be made by calling the Therapy Intake/Referral Specialist at 573-886-7422, or by email at Therapy@FamilyFacets.com.
