Family Centered Services Training

Family Facets performs training, consultation and technical assistance, and family meeting services to local Children’s Division offices, on an as needed basis in the judicial circuits of the Missouri Children’s Division. Family Facets provides services that are reflective of the Family-Centered Practice Model in accomplishing in-home child welfare services and out-of-home child welfare services. Family Facets also perform training, consultation/technical assistance, and family meeting activity at the request of the local Children’s Division offices.

Training-Development For IIS & FRS Program

Family Facets trainers provide trainings to the Missouri Children’s Division for the IIS/FRS model. Family Facets has developed and worked as part of the State CD Training Unit to develop training curriculum for IIS/FRS since 1998 and continues to be actively involved in developing trainings.

Children’s Division Staff Training Program

Family Facets trainers deliver basic, on-going, advanced, and special issue training to Children’s Division staff and private vendor staff throughout the State of Missouri who provide IIS/FRS. Family Facets also develops and provides training curriculum for subjects related to IIS/FRS and other child welfare practices.
