Intensive Family Reunification Services Program
Lincoln, Warren, & Franklin Counties
(CD Site 944)
Intensive Family Reunification Services (IFRS)
Family Facets provides Intensive Family Reunification Services to the Children's Division and to private vendors to assist in returning children to their homes, by modifying any unsafe situation in the home environment or behavior of family members so that the child(ren) may return and remain safely in the family home. Intensive Family Reunification Services consist of intensive, short-term, home-based interventions provided to reunite children in out-of-home placement with their identified families. Intensive Family Reunification Services are based on the belief that families can, through intensive intervention, improve their functioning, learn to meet the needs of their children, and gain support within their community to enable families to be safely reunified. Intensive Family Reunification Services Program
